Danielle is a Senior Associate in Burnham Law based out of the Colorado Springs office. Danielle received her J.D. with Highest Honors from the University of Tulsa College of Law with a certificate in International and Comparative Law. During law school, Danielle served both as the Executive Notes and Comments Editor for the Energy Law Journal and as an Articles Editor for the American Bar Association Section on Environment, Energy, and Resources Law. She subsequently earned her license in the states of Colorado and Oklahoma, as well as several federal jurisdictions, including the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Danielle has more than 12 years of experience working at all levels of complex civil litigation. Prior to attending law school, Danielle was employed as a legal assistant to a prominent civil litigator in Tulsa, Oklahoma, handling cases involving workers’ compensation, personal injury, class action lawsuits, mass torts, and multi-district litigation. Danielle later clerked with several top-tier law firms, focusing on cases involving defective products, medical malpractice, professional licensure, and contributory negligence.
Upon receiving her J.D., Danielle’s practice primarily focused on federal-level catastrophic tort claims, employment discrimination, and civil rights law, including multiple cases before the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, and widely publicized police shootings.
Danielle is a passionate advocate for her clients and devotes 100% of her practice to litigation. She is an exceptional legal writer and researcher, and her specialized experience with trial preparation and performance in the courtroom has been certified by the National Institute for Trial Advocacy.
