Areas of Practice

  • Civil Litigation

Brittany is a paralegal at Burnham Law’s Boulder office, where she supports both a Partner and the Director of Civil Litigation with substantial caseloads including civil litigation, family law, and appellate matters.

Following her graduation as Valedictorian, Brittany attended Texas Tech University, where she received the school’s prestigious Presidential Scholarship and was a member of the Honors College with a dual-major in Business and Dance.  After pursuing entrepreneurship in the competitive dance market, a venture in which she achieved great success, Brittany eventually made the decision to relocate to Colorado to complete her undergraduate studies at the University of Colorado-Colorado Springs.  Having developed an interest in family and civil law while working as a receptionist at a local attorney’s office, Brittany quickly began training intently to become a paralegal capable of supporting the best attorneys in the field.  With the direct guidance of senior-level paralegals and attorneys, Brittany developed a skill set which allows her to manage complex cases, conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and most importantly, understand and meet the unique needs of each client and case.

Upon completion of her undergraduate studies, Brittany intends to take the next step in her legal career and pursue her J.D., aspiring to one day use her skills to advocate for the underprivileged.  She is a Legal Staff member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, Voting Member of the Rocky Mountain Paralegal Association, and Voting Member of the Pikes Peak Paralegals Association.  Outside of the office, Brittany can be found spending her time cooking, hiking, coaching competitive dancers, and enjoying live music.
